Tea Strainer

I use this tea strainer when I brew herbal and green teas in my glass teapot. It’s always nice to brew green tea loose in the pot. I have a small ceramic plate that I made, which I rest the brass sieve on between pours. It feels like a lovely ritual and reminds me of the silver strainers used in England for afternoon tea.
